Cancellation & Refund Policy

At WowPixlWeb, we strive to deliver exceptional website development and web design services that meet your expectations. To maintain transparency and ensure mutual understanding, the following policies govern cancellations and refunds for our services:

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Project Initiation

  • Clients can request a cancellation before the project officially begins (i.e., before any design or development work has started).
  • A full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees incurred during the initial discussion phase.

1.2 During Project Execution

  • If a cancellation request is made after the project has started, no refund will be provided for work already completed.
  • Any advance payment will be adjusted to cover work done until the date of cancellation.

1.3 After Project Completion

  • Cancellations are not permitted once the project is marked as complete and delivered.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
    • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the signed contract.
    • Delay in project completion exceeding 45 days beyond the agreed timeline, caused by WowPixlWeb, provided the client has fulfilled all obligations, including providing necessary feedback and materials on time.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
    • The client changes the project scope or requirements in project.
    • Delays occur due to client-side factors, such as late feedback, lack of required content, or prolonged communication gaps.
    • Services have been fully delivered as per the agreed contract.

2.3 Partial Refunds

  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the percentage of work completed, minus administrative fees.

3. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, we encourage clients to reach out to our support team at udayraj@wowpixlweb.com for resolution.
  • We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and transparently.

4. Additional Terms

  • All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to udayraj@wowpixlweb.com.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 21 business days from the date of confirmation.
